Photo Shoots at the Farm

We welcome photographers to our flower farm to host family portrait sessions, senior pictures, engagement shoots, seasonal photos, and more.

We have a few popular spots and can also work with you on your location of choice. Ask about our seasonal displays!

Booking a Photo Session

Hours vary throughout the year depending on sunrise and sunset. Check the booking app to see available times. Generally open from sunrise to 1/2 hour after sunset. If a time you want is not available, contact Ron to discuss at (707) 828-3265.

We can usually accommodate up to 2 photographers at a time on the property. First booking will receive priority location of choice. Again, if you want to discuss a particular time, contact Ron.

Mini-Sessions

Note that when using the booking app, there is a distinction made between single client photo sessions and ‘mini-sessions’, i.e., multiple clients in a given session.

Photo Session Guidelines

  • Photo sessions need to be booked with enough time for cleanup and setup.
  • Arrive early for your session.
  • Be respectful of any photographer booked after your timeslot… Should you go over your booked time, you may be charged an additional booking fee.
  • If you or your clients are late, you may forfeit your time slot.
  • Please respect any special props, sets, etc. provided by HVH, as others will want to use them too.
  • NO CONFETTI/POPPERS! EVER. We like to party, but flowers don’t.
  • There are no refunds, but with 48 hours’ notice, we can accommodate a rebooking to a different available date or time slot.
